After-sales policy
There are several circumstances in which a refund, resend or return of the product may be required after payment:
1) Within 4 hours of payment, if you have any regrets about your order, you can cancel the order and we will arrange a refund for you within 3-5 working days. This order cannot be cancelled once the goods have been dispatched.
2) Within 30 days after the payment, if you feel dissatisfied with the receipt of the goods, you can contact customer service, and send to the designated place, we receive your return, confirm that the return has not caused any damage, and give a refund, return freight needs to be borne by the buyer.
3) After more than 30 days of payment, the order cannot be cancelled, and the product cannot be returned in the case of non-quality problems.
4) We provide 180 days warranty service, if there is a quality problem (including mail damage) within 180 days after payment, please contact our customer service, and send the relevant proof of purchase, video and photos of damaged products, we will evaluate your product situation within a certain period of time, and help you to send a new product. Damaged products do not need to be returned.
Products damaged due to human causes will not be re-sent.
